By Starhawk, Anne Hill, Diane Baker, and others
Circle Round emerged out
of our many years of experience with children and with the Craft.
It was a wonderful collaborative effort between the three of us,
Starhawk, Anne Hill, and Diane Baker. Each of us brought different
strengths to the project, and the book reflects a fairly equal
effort by all three of us.
Our intent for this website is to stay present with the issues our book has covered, offering ideas, pointing in the direction of resources, and continuing
to offer support for families raising children in Goddess traditions.
Because the site is being created and maintained in Anne's limited
free time, it may change slowly. We thank you for your understanding
and enthusiasm! Working on the book was a lot of fun, and we hope
to continue in this spirit with our collaborative effort on the
Circle Round website.
Many articles we wrote for the book did not make the final cut, but deserve to be shared. Here are some of the articles that will be available here shortly.
We will add more titles as they occur to us. (If the titles are
highlighted, the articles are ready to read.)
"Starhawks's
Favorite Children's Authors"
"What Children Teach Us"
"My Mom is a Witch!"(This article by Judith Barish was never part of the book, but since it is about a family in our community, and is a fine example of competent mainstream journalism about Wicca, we felt it deserved a place here.)
